David joined the Marines on
September 10, 2001, the day before
9/11. Everyone tried to talk him out
of it after that day. But his desire to
serve his country even became
stronger.
In 2004 he was deployed to Iraq.
Every day we prayed for him and all
the troops there. He was there for 9
long months. It was a challenge for
all of us here back in the states, but
nothing compare to what he and his
troop experienced while they were
there. He is home now and looking
forward to getting on with his life
outside of the marines.
We thank God everyday for bringing
him back home to his family and
friends.
